• With 11 assists, junior guard Kristi Toliver moved into ninth place in Maryland history, surpassing Tiffany Brown and Lisa Brown. Toliver has 387 assists in her career.
• Toliver's 11 assists tied her season high, previously set against Oklahoma, and were one short of her career high of 12.
• Maryland's victory was its 10th of the season. The Terrapins are the first team in the country to win 10 games this season.
• It is the Terps' second straight 10-0 start and fourth in program history. Maryland also started 10-0 in the 1982-83 and 1977-78 seasons.
• Maryland tied its season high of 11 steals. The Terps also had 11 steals at UC Santa Barbara.
• Senior center Crystal Langhorne led the Terps in scoring with 17 points and set a new season high.
