• Maryland advances to the semifinals for the fifth-consecutive year. It plays the winner of the Duke-Florida State quarterfinal matchup.
• The Terps won their 30th game of the season, only the second 30-win campaign in program history. Maryland won 34 games in its national championship season of 2006. The Terps are the only team in the country with 30 wins this season.
• It was the first meeting between Maryland and Boston College in the ACC Tournament. The Terps have never lost to the Eagles, winning the six previous meetings dating back to 2006.
• Terps senior Laura Harper set a new Maryland record for field goal percentage in an ACC Tournament game, going 8-for-8 from the floor. Harper did not qualify for the ACC record as the league mandates players attempt nine shots for eligibility. North Carolina's Tresa Brown holds the record, going 9-for-9 in a 1982 quarterfinal game.
• Harper tied the school record for field goal percentage in a game. She is the sixth player in school history to shoot perfectly from the floor with at least eight attempts.
• Maryland head coach Brenda Frese picks up her 199th career victory. She'll be going for her 200th career win on Saturday, March 8 in the ACC semifinals.
• Harper finished with 25 points, her career best in the ACC Tournament.
• With 24 points, Maryland senior Langhorne moved up three spots into eighth place on the ACC's all-time scoring list. Langhorne now has 2,147 points in her career.
• Maryland's 93 points was the most in an ACC Tournament game since scoring 103 in a triple overtime loss to Virginia in the 1993 championship game.
• Harper and Langhorne combined to shoot 19-for-21 from the field in the game, a 90.5 shooting percentage.
• It was Langhorne's fourth straight 20+-point scoring effort and eighth of the season.
• Harper and Langhorne both scored 20 or more points in the same game for the fourth time this season.
• Langhorne (3rd) and Harper (4th), rank in the top four in the nation in shooting percentage. BC's Carolyn Swords ranked second entering the game. Swords was limited to 2-for-6 from the floor (.333).
• All five Maryland starters scored in double figures for the fifth time this season.
• Junior Kristi Toliver set a personal ACC Tournament high with seven assists, which gave her 549 in her career, 11th all-time in the ACC. Toliver is now six assists shy of tying the single-season program record of 249.
• Harper had two blocks in the game, giving her 195 in her career, tying her for 10th all-time in ACC history with Kasha Terry from Georgia Tech.
• Senior Ashleigh Newman extended her school record, playing in the 136th game of her career.
• The Terps' 48 first-half points were the most in the first half of an ACC Tournament game since they scored 48 in a 1991 quarterfinal win against Georgia Tech.
