GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Maryland-Virginia football game, which is set to kick off at 7 p.m. Saturday in Charlottesville, Va., will be shown nationally on ESPNU, the Atlantic Coast Conference office announced Sunday.
The game was selected Monday to be telecast on ESPNU or streamed on ESPN 360.
The Terrapins (4-1, 1-0 ACC) opened conference play Saturday with a thrilling 20-17 road win over No. 20 Clemson (3-2, 1-1), while the Cavaliers (1-3, 0-1) lost on the road to Duke, 31-3.
Maryland leads the all-time series (41-29-2) with Virginia and has captured three of the last five meetings, though the Cavaliers won an 18-17 nail-biter last season in College Park.
ACC home games are selected on a 12-day option by ESPN/ABC or Raycom Sports. Four times during the season, ESPN/ABC can choose certain ACC games on a six-day window.
