COLLEGE PARK, Md. - University of Maryland women's basketball head coach Brenda Frese has announced that the Eighth Annual Coaches Clinic will take place Saturday, Nov. 7, at Gossett Team House and Comcast Center.

Basketball coaches and their staffs are invited to attend this unique event. Registration is available immediately. Payments and registrations must be mailed by Oct. 28.

The clinic caters to coaches at every level of basketball, as Frese and her staff have developed a comprehensive program they feel will develop a competitive advantage on and off the court for those coaches that attend.

This year's event will offer a new segment focusing on strength and conditioning as it relates to developing faster and stronger athletes. The segment will focus on footwork, hand-eye coordination and much more.

Attending coaches will learn drills, plays and strategies. Coaches will also observe a Maryland team practice with Frese and the Terps, network with area coaches and have a Q&A session with Maryland's staff. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
