National Champion Men's Soccer Announces Signing Class of 2009
COLLEGE PARK, Md. -
The Maryland men's soccer program added one more student-athlete to its already stellar 2009 signing class with the inking of Widner Saint Cyr on Thursday.
Saint Cyr joins Jordan Cyrus, Taylor Kemp, Jake Pace, John Stertzer, Paul Torres, London Woodberry and Norris Ethan White, who all signed National Letters of Intent to play for Maryland beginning this fall. One additional player, Olivier Lacoste-Lebuis, is already enrolled with the Terps this spring.

Before Maryland: Member of U-17 and U-20 Haiti National Teams...competed for Haiti U-17 squad in 2007 FIFA World Cup in South Korea...currently plays for New York Red Bulls U-18 Development Academy Team.
Personal: Full name is Widner Saint Cyr...resides with uncle, Dimi, in New City, N.Y....born November 18, 1990...has one older sister, Rachelle and one younger brother, Paul Patrick...lists his favorite athlete as Michael Essien of Chelsea FC...dream is to obtain his college degree and one day be a professional soccer player....born in Port Au Prince, Haiti.
