Football To Hold Season Kickoff Event Wednesday

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland Gridiron Network (MGN) will hold a pair of events to kick off the 2009 football season over the course of the next 10 days.
Head coach Ralph Friedgen, assistant head coach/offensive coordinator James Franklin, defensive coordinator Don Brown and special teams coordinator Charles Bankins will hold a meet-and-greet session from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Sonoma'a Bar and Grille in Columbia, Md. Click here for directions.
Each of the four will mingle and address the crowd about the upcoming season.
The MGN Club will also hold a meet-and-greet event with the same four coaches on Thursday, Aug. 6 (6-8 p.m.) at Caddie's on Cordell in Bethesda, Md. Click here for directions.
