Women's Basketball to Hold Final Camp of Summer from Aug. 2-5

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The women's basketball program at the University of Maryland will hold its final camp of the summer beginning on Sunday. Head coach Brenda Frese and her staff will hold the Individual Player Overnight Camp from Aug. 2-5, the last chance in 2009 for players to receive instruction from the former Associated Press National Coach of the Year and her staff.
The Individual Player Overnight Camp is for players ages 10-18 and focuses on developing and improving the all-around basketball game though the use of station work, competitive games, individual skill competitions and guest speakers.
The camp fee is $395 for overnight campers and $310 for commuters. Each camper will also receive a Maryland reversible jersey.
