Terps Open Season at UMES

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. - The University of Maryland men's and women's cross country teams open their 2009 seasons on Saturday morning at the UMES Lid-Lifter Invitational.
The event will be run on the same course at Maryland-Eastern Shore where the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional is to be held on Nov. 14.
The men are slated to run an 8-kilometer course, the women covering 5 kilometers.
