Do you have a nickname?

Where is your hometown? What is something unique about it/your favorite thing to do there?
My hometown is Harrisburg, PA which is 15 minutes from Hershey, PA. My favorite thing to do in Harrisburg is to go to Hershey Park.
What were your thoughts when you first saw Comcast Center and the WBB facilities?
I knew it was the place I wanted to play in for the next four years.
What do you think you can bring to the team this year?
I think I can bring a big presence on the offensive and defensive side. I can also bring a lot of hustle all over the court.
Do you have any siblings?
I have two siblings. I have a 16 year old brother and a 9 year old sister.
What are you most excited about when the season starts?
I'm most excited to enjoy the new experiences we're going to be exposed to and getting to play in Comcast Center.
From Barbara: What do you think will be the biggest change/difference in the transition from being in high school to college?
I think the biggest changes would be the traveling and the physical play.
Why did you choose Maryland?
I chose Maryland because I love the atmosphere and the family feel of the team.
How did you choose your number?
I chose number 25 because it has been my number since I've started playing basketball. I first chose it when I was younger because it was my dad's number.
What has impressed you the most about Coach Frese and her staff?
What first impressed me about Coach Frese and her staff would be their passion for the game and welcoming personalities.
What are some of your goals for the next four years?
Some of goals for the next four years would be to win a national championship, an acc championship, and to push myself to be the best player I can be.
From Tom: Wow! I saw you at the "Best of Maryland" Tournament your junior year and you were sensational. We are so happy you and your fellow freshmen are coming to Maryland. You look like you can play so many different positions. Is there one part of the game that you like best?
I would say my favorite part of my game would be taking people of the dribble to the basket.
From Leann: What are your thoughts on playing in the ACC?
I'm excited to play in the ACC. I know it's going to be a challenge, but I'm ready for it.
What motto do you try to live by each day?
My motto I live by everyday is everything happens for a reason.
From Stuart: Who is your role model and why?
My role models are my parents because they are humble and respect the people around them and I try to be like them.
From Kathy: What do you most look forward to this season?
I'm just looking forward to finally getting to play at the college level and trying to win a national championship.
From Tom: What's on your iPod?
My iPod consists of a lot of rap R&B, pop, and hip hop songs.
From Carrie: Who got you in to playing basketball?
My mom first got me started playing basketball when I was five, but I fought her because I didn't want to play.
From: Heather: What do you do to unwind after a game?
I usually listen to my iPod and just drink a lot of fluids.
From Thomas: Do you have any pre-game superstitions or routines?
I always have to put my shoes and socks on the same way, eat the same pre-game meal, and have a light purple Gatorade.
From bpennin636: What part of the recruiting process was most enjoyable and positive?
I would have to say I really enjoyed seeing all the different letters I was getting from all the different schools.
