•Maryland falls to 13-4 while Boston College improves to 14-3.
•After opening the all-time series on a 10-game winning streak, Maryland has suffered two straight defeats to Boston College after losing at Chestnut Hills, Mass., on Feb. 25, 2010.
•Maryland and Coach Brenda Frese will look for their first conference win on Sunday, Jan. 16 at Clemson at 3 p.m. ET.

•Maryland has lost two consecutive games for the first time since losing three straight to Duke (2/21/10), Boston College (2/25/10) and Florida State (2/28/10). The Terrapins are also 0-2 in the ACC for the first time since
•Out-rebounding the Eagles 53-45, the Terps have now controlled the battle of the boards in 13 of their 15 games this season.

Individual Game Notes
•Freshman Alyssa Thomas recorded her second consecutive career double-double tonight in the loss. The Harrisburg, Pa., native recorded 18 points to go along with a game-high 13 total rebounds.
•Junior Lynetta Kizer recorded her 24th career double-double with a game-high 22 points, one shy of her career high, and 10 rebounds. The captain also recorded two assists and one steal.
•Sophomore Diandra Tchatchouang recorded five points, five rebounds and three steals.
•Junior Anjale Barrett dished out a team-high six assists.
