FB Recruiting Celebration Set for Wed.

    COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland football program will hold its annual Recruiting Celebration on Wednesday.

    The event, which is open to the public, will run from 5-8 p.m. at the Riggs Alumni Center on the University of Maryland campus. Parking will be available in Lot 1.

    • Fans will be able to watch Coach Edsall's Signing Day press conference (3 p.m.) and the annual Recruiting Celebration FREE on TerpsTV.

    After a social hour, first-year head coach Randy Edsall will introduce the staff at 6 p.m., then present the 2011 recruiting class and close the event with a question-and-answer session.

    The event is free to all members of the Maryland Gridiron Network (MGN) and Terrapin Club, as well as the University of Maryland student body. The cost is $20 to the general public. Hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be available from 5-8 p.m.
