COLLEGE PARK, Md. -
The Maryland volleyball team begins the final three-game stretch of the regular season this weekend as the Terps play host to Duke and Wake Forest. The Terrapins (9-20, 3-14) play the Blue Devils tonight at 7 p.m., and take on the Demon Deacons on Sunday at 2 p.m. Seniors Maddi Lee and Sharon Strizak will be honored prior to the match against Wake Forest.
The Terps return home after falling to Virginia Tech and Virginia last weekend. Maryland enters play ranked third in the ACC in service aces (1.20 per set), seventh in digs (15.89) and eighth in kills (12.92).
Sophomore Sarah Harper will attempt to become Maryland's all-time single-season digs leader. Harper trails Stephanie Doiron by 32. The Charlottesville, Va., native is averaging 4.59 digs per set in conference play.
With 318 kills, sophomore Mary Cushman leads the Terps. The Rochester, N.Y., native is averaging 3.02 per set in ACC action.
Junior Remy McBain is averaging 9.55 assists per set in ACC matches, which ranks seventh. McBain is fourth in the conference averaging 0.32 service aces per set.
Duke has won 40 of the 65 meetings between the two schools, and won the last match earlier this season 3-1. The Terps are 23-17 all-time against the Demon Deacons. Wake Forest won this season's first match 3-0.

Duke
The Blue Devils arrive in College Park after handing Florida State its first conference loss of the season. Duke is in the top half of the ACC in five statistical categories. The Blue Devils rank second in digs (18.34), third in kills (14.16) and assists (13.17), fifth in opponent hitting percentage (.204) and sixth in hitting percentage (.217).
Christiana Gray is second in the conference in hitting percentage (.425) and eighth in kills (3.31). Sophia Dunworth is averaging 3.30 kills per set, which ranks ninth.
Kellie Catanach is second in the league in assists. The senior is averaging 11.28 per set.
Ali McCurdy leads the ACC in digs. McCurdy has 386 in conference play and is averaging 6.03 per set.
Wake Forest
The Demon Deacons lost two matches last weekend to Florida State and Miami. Wake Forest ranks fifth in hitting percentage (.218), but is allowing its opponents to convert .254 of their attack opportunities.
Kadija Fornah is second in the conference with 3.90 kills per set. Andrea Beck ranks tenth (3.28). Carlin Salmon is hitting
Danae Rosendall is averaging 10.33 assists per set, which is third best in the ACC.
Dani Thompson is sixth with 4.58 digs per set.
