MIAMI, Fla. - The eighth-ranked Maryland women's basketball team (5-0) will tip off against Florida International (2-2) at 6 p.m. Friday in the Florida International Thanksgiving Classic at U.S. Century Bank Arena.

The Terrapins will look to extend their win streak to six games, while the Golden Panthers will look to win back-to-back games after a 79-64 win over Florida A&M Monday.

In its last outing, Maryland dominated the inside game to top Saint Joseph's 91-74. Lynetta Kizer led with her career-high 25 points and the Terps outrebounded the Hawks 58-25.

Alyssa Thomas added 21 points, while Laurin Mincy had 14. Mincy pulled in her career-high nine rebounds and dished six assists. Tianna Hawkins had 17 points and Alicia DeVaughn notched 10 boards.

The Terps will play CSU Bakersfield (2-3) Saturday at 2 p.m. in the FIU Thanksgiving Classic. Live stats will be available and both games will be broadcast on FIUSports.com for a fee.

After their trip to Miami, the Terrapins return home to play host to Michigan (5-0) Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge.
