COLLEGE PARK, Md. -
Linebacker Adrian Moten, running back Da'Rel Scott and wide receiver Torrey Smith are in Indianapolis participating in the NFL Combine.
The annual evaluation event for the professional league kicked off Thursday and continues until Tuesday with NFL.com and the NFL Network providing extensive coverage.
Moten was one of the team's top playmakers over the last four seasons, posting 219 career tackles, five caused fumbles and six interceptions. He ranks 14th on the Maryland career tackles for loss list (24.0) and 12th in sacks (15.5).
Scott ended his five seasons in College Park seventh on the Maryland career rushing chart (2,401). He was one of just four players in school history to post 2,000 career rushing yards and 500 receiving yards (also LaMont Jordan, Rick Badjanek and Alvin Blount).
Smith was one of the most explosive players in the nation over the last two seasons. He set the Maryland record for career all-purpose yardage (5,264), despite only playing three seasons. That mark also ranks seventh on the ACC career chart.
A consensus All-ACC selection at both wide receiver and kickoff return as a sophomore and first team all-league wideout as a junior, Smith ranks first in both school history and on the ACC books in career kickoff return yards (2,983).
He also ranks third on the Terps career receptions list (152) and second on the receiving yards chart (2,215). His 19 career touchdown receptions rank second in school history.
