Hollandsworth Hits Five-Over at Regionals

AUBURN, Wash. - Junior Jessica Hollandsworth chipped in her second consecutive five-over Friday on the second day of the NCAA West Regional Championship at the Washington National Golf Course at the University of Washington.
The only Terp to earn an NCAA invitation, Hollandsworth added two more birdies, on holes four and 13, Friday as she moved up into a seven-person tie for 53rd place individually.
Tennessee's Erica Popson remains in first thanks to her three-under 69 after carding a 68 on Thursday. Southern California's Lizette Salas jumped up from a ninth-place tie to second place after shooting a day-best 67 off of six birdies. Demi Runas of UC Davis is in third place with a combined 141.
Hollandsworth tees of at 8:55 a.m. on Saturday for her final round.
