COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Maryland will wear red jerseys, along black pants and helmets, when it plays host to Towson Saturday.
Head coach Randy Edsall made the announcement on his twitter account @RandyEdsall Wednesday evening.
The Terps unveiled their 32 uniform combinations, which were designed by Under Armour, last month. The team wore its special occasion Maryland Pride uniforms for the season opener vs. Miami, all black vs. West Virginia and gold pants with black helmets and pants vs. Temple.
Maryland's four team captains - Andrew Gonnella, Davin Meggett, Kenny Tate and Joe Vellano - pick the uniform combination each week with Edsall scheduled to make the announcement each Wednesday.
Saturday's game is scheduled to kick off at 3:30 p.m. from Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium.
