  • The Terrapins will return home to take on No. 6 Miami (21-3, 10-1) Sunday afternoon. Tip time is now set for 2:50 p.m. and doors will open at 1:30 p.m. It will be the Terps' annual Play4Kay game to support breast cancer awareness. Tickets to the Terps-Hurricanes game are still available at umterps.com.

  • Breast cancer survivors are invited to come for free and their friends and family can purchase discounted tickets for $1 by emailing Terpsports@umd.edu.

  • Survivors are also invited to participate in the Healing With Basketball exercise clinic on Feb. 11. Participants will be recognized at halftime of the Terps-Miami game. For more information, log on to www.healingwithbasketball.org.

  • Sunday's matchup will mark the 13th meeting between the Terps and the Hurricanes. Maryland owns the series, 8-4. Miami has beaten Maryland in their last three meetings.

  • In their most recent meeting, the Hurricanes beat the Terrapins, 75-63, on Jan. 12, 2012 in Miami. Alyssa Thomas led the Terps with 18 points, but Miami won the battle on the glass, 48-40. Miami's Riquna Williams went 8-14 from outside the arc for 34 points.

  • Most recently, the Terps rolled past Clemson, 91-61, Thursday night in Littlejohn Coliseum. Six Terrapins finished in double figures and Lynetta Kizer led with 18 points. Alicia DeVaughn added 15, while Tianna Hawkins and Alyssa Thomas each notched 14. Laurin Mincy had 13 and Brene Moseley added 10.

  • The Terps moved to No. 8 in both the Associated Press poll and the ESPN/USA Today Division I Top 25 Coaches' poll this week.

  • Sunday's game will be shown regionally on ESPN2 and online at ESPN3.com.

  • It will also be broadcast on the Terrapin Sports Radio Network and can be heard on CBS 1300 AM and 930 WFMD.

    What's Next

  • The Terrapins will play at Virginia Thursday at 7 p.m. in John Paul Jones Arena. The Terps beat the Cavaliers earlier this year, 68-61, in College Park on Jan. 16.
