As a Sophomore (1999): Had four multiple-hit games … started off the season by going 2-for-3 against Auburn on Jan. 31 … went 1-for-2 with a RBI double and scored a run against Howard on March 17 … scored twice against UNC-Asheville on March 24 … had a career-high three RBI against Duke on April 3 … went 2-for-4 with two RBI against George Washington on April 20 … went 3-for-7 with two RBI and scored three runs in a doubleheader against UMES on April 21 … went 2-for-5 and scored a run in the series against Florida State May 7-9.
As a Freshman (1998): Had four multiple-hit games … went 2-for-3 with a RBI against Florida A&M on March 25 … drove in two runs against James Madison on April 14 … hit two doubles against Duke on April 24 … scored a career-high three runs against Richmond on May 3.
At Broadneck: An all-county selection his senior year … batted .431 as a senior … played in the Crown All-Star game … Broadneck won the state title his sophomore year … also played soccer and basketball and was named all-county in soccer … high school baseball coach was Mark Stover.
