Although this is her first year as part of the cross country staff, Jackie Reilly is no stranger to athletics at the University of Maryland. She has won varsity letters in field hockey, cross country and track and field. As a goalie for the field hockey team, she aided her team in winning the 1999 and 2000 ACC Championships, as well as the 1999 NCAA Championships. She was also the captain of the indoor and outdoor distance teams in track.

Outside of athletics, Jackie participates in MaryPIRG, is a volunteer tutor and volunteers at the National Zoo. She is a two-time winner of the President's Cup for Community Service. She is the daughter of Carolyn and Thomas Reilly, and has one brother, Thomas, and two sisters, Chrissy and Alicia.
