"It's important to us to continue to play the way we want to play and to set the bar really high," head coach Brenda Frese said. "When you talk about conference play, you have to be able to put 40 minutes of complete play together. For us, this game and our last game against American have been two complete games that are going to help us going forward."
The Terrapins shot 58.1 percent from the field (43-for-74) and had 23 assists to 13 turnovers.
Maryland opened the game on a 7-0 run, thanks to two early buckets by Jones. The Terps led the Eagles 9-5 at the under 16 timeout, then went on another run to lead 19-7 with just under 12 minutes left in the half.
A three-pointer by Moseley at 10:43 jumpstarted a run that helped the Terps pull away. They closed the half on a 38-13 run to take a 59-25 lead into the break.
Maryland opened the second half on a 14-4 run. The Terrapins hit the 100-point mark for the second time this season off a layup by Harrison with 4:27 to play.
"We really wanted to dedicate this game to a longtime fan, Theo Stippich, who is battling lung cancer," Frese said. "We really wanted to set the tone early and keep him in our minds."
Amber Griffin led Coppin State (1-9) with 10 points.
Sophomore Lexie Brown sat out Sunday's game to rest a sore back.
The Terrapins lead the Big Ten and are fourth in the country with their field goal percentage of 50.4 percent. They trail UConn, Baylor and Oregon State. The Terps are third in the nation with their free throw percentage of 77.5 percent to lead the Big Ten as well.
