Gonzalez, Zusi Named to MLS All-Star Fan XI

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Fresh off their appearance with the U.S. Men's National Team in Brazil, former Terps Graham Zusi and Omar Gonzalez have been selected to the Fan XI for the Major League Soccer all-star game, announced on Wednesday.
Zusi has appeared in 11 games this season for Sporting Kansas City, scoring one goal and adding four assists. This will be his third all-star game selection.
Gonzalez, who will also be making his third all-star game appearance, has been a key contributor to the LA Galaxy defense, which has allowed a league-low 14 goals against.
Fans were able to cast votes via Twitter and MLSsoccer.com from a ballot of 152 players who were nominated by the media.
The MLS all-star team is set to take on Bayern Munich of Germany's Bundesliga on August 6 in Portland, Ore.
