COLLEGE PARK, Md.—After racking up five team victories last weekend, the Maryland gymnastics team looks to maintain momentum as they travel to Texas for a quad-meet against Brown, Utah State and Texas Women's University. The meet marks the Terps' fourth straight quad-meet.

Last Time Out
- The GymTerps posted a 195.350, the second highest team score of the season, in a quad-meet victory over West Virginia, New Hampshire, and Rutgers last Sunday.
- Karen Tang tied a school record on bars with a 9.925, while Dominiquea Trotter set a personal-best on beam with a 9.800.
- The team tallied a season-high team score of 48.950 on bars to clinch the victory.
Scouting Texas Woman's University
- Last time out, TWU posted a 192.825 in a dual-meet victory over Centenary College.
- Spencer Jones tallied a score of 9.850 on floor, taking the individual title, while Madison Nettles captured the event title on vault with 9.775.
- Sunday's match-up marks the sixth all-time meeting between the two programs. TWU holds a 3-2 series lead.
Scouting Brown
- Last time out, Brown posted a 193.425 in a second-place finish in the Ivy Leauge Classic.
- Caroline Morant won the individual title on bars and floor with a score of 9.875.
- Jorden Mitchell won the all-around with a score of 38.650.
- Mitchell and Mourant were named ECAC Gymnast of the Week and ECAC Choaches Choice recipient, respectively.
- Sunday's match-up marks the third all-time meeting between the Terrapins and the Bears. Maryland holds a 2-0 series lead.
Scouting Utah State
- Last time out, Utah State recorded a 195.025 team score in a dual loss against Southern Utah.
- The Aggies tied its season-high team score on vault and posted a season-high team score on bars.
- McKinzey Martinez and Miranda Kerr tied for first on the vault with a score of 9.825.
- Sunday's match-up marks the first-ever meeting between the Terrapins and the Aggies.
Tang Ties School Record
- Karen Tang scored a 9.925 on bars, tying a school-record, in the quad meet at West Virginia (2/22). Tang last recorded a 9.925 earlier this season against Minnesota (1/15).
Nationally Ranked on Vault
- The GymTerps also currently ranks 20th nationally and fifth in the Big Ten on vault. The team recorded a season-high team score of 49.150 vs. Iowa (1/30).
Beam Me up, Stephy
- Senior Stephanie Giameo currently ranks 19th nationally and sixth in the Big Ten on beam. Giameo added a 9.850 on beam in the anchor position against Iowa (1/30).
