COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland men's soccer program will welcome its student fans for an official “Meet and Greet at Ludwig” Thursday from 5-6 p.m., in advance of the Terps' highly-anticipated home opener against UCLA Friday night.
Current, incoming and prospective members of The Crew will have the chance to meet and take photos with the 2015 Maryland men's soccer team, fresh off its adidas/IU Credit Union Classic championship last weekend in Bloomington, Ind.
“We are always looking for creative ways to show our appreciation to our fans, who are the greatest in all of college soccer,” head coach Sasho Cirovski said. “With so many new players and a fantastic home opener on the horizon, we knew this was the perfect opportunity to host a 'Meet and Greet' to not only show our gratitude but to officially kick off what promises to be yet another exciting season of Maryland Soccer.”
Pizza will be served and there will be a host of giveaways, including exclusive scarves. In addition, there will be a group photo opportunity with the team, coaching staff and members of The Crew on the field at the conclusion of Thursday's event.
WMUC Radio will broadcast live from Ludwig beginning at 5 p.m.
