COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The Maryland men's golf team will open its fall season this weekend in the Rod Myers Invitational at the Duke University Golf Course in Durham, N.C. Saturday and Sunday.
The first round will begin at 7:40 a.m. Saturday, with the second round immediately following. Teams will play the third and final round Sunday.
Maryland will compete against Davidson, East Carolina, Kansas, Kansas State, Liberty, Loyola, Notre Dame, Penn State, Tulsa, UNC Greensboro, UNC Wilmington, Wake Forest and tournament-host Duke.

Three Terrapins were named to the Big Ten Players to Watch list earlier this month. Senior Tom Harris, sophomore David Kocher and freshman Timothy Colanta were named to the list by the league's head coaches.
