Maryland to Host Men's Lacrosse Fall Weekend

COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The University of Maryland men's lacrosse team will be hosting an array of events as part of its Fall Lacrosse Weekend Sept. 25 and Sept. 26 in College Park, Md.
The weekend will kick off Friday, Sept. 25, with the annual golf tournament at the University of Maryland Golf Course followed by a reception at the College Park & Marriott Inn & Conference Center. Registration begins at 12:30 pm with a 1:30 pm shotgun start.
Sponsored by Tray Inc., the reception will include an open bar, appetizers, finger foods, golf awards and a silent auction with many exciting items. Room specials are available at the College Park Marriott when you mention you are with Maryland men's lacrosse. Limited spots are still available, so click here to register.

The following day begins with the Maryland men's lacrosse team's annual Cancer Benefit Walk, with registration at the West Gate of Byrd Stadium beginning at 9:30 am. Participation is free and ribbons representing different cancer causes will be given to those who wish to walk for a specific diseases. T-shirts will be available for purchase with all proceeds going towards cancer research. The walk will begin at 10 am.
After the benefit walk, the annual Hard Shells Alumni game will commence at 11:30 a.m. as former Terps of all ages will relive past glory at Byrd Stadium. Click here to register for the alumni game. This will be followed by a game featuring current Terps against the alumni, scheduled to begin at 12:15 pm.
The Terps will then host their 2015 team banquet at the College Park Inn & Conference Center, beginning at 3 pm. Click here to register for the banquet.
