COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The Maryland football program announced Tuesday it has agreed to a two-game series with Charlotte with games to be played in 2022 and 2023.

The Terps will travel to Charlotte in the opening game of the series on Sept. 10, 2022, before hosting the 49ers the following season for a matchup on Sept. 9, 2023. 

This series will mark the first ever meeting on the football field for Maryland and Charlotte.
