COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- The 2nd-ranked Maryland men's lacrosse team is set to travel to Saint Joseph's for the first time in history for a 4 pm faceoff at Sweeney Field in Philadelphia, Pa., on Feb. 14. The game will be streamed live on necfrontrow.com free of charge.

FACING OFF

1 - Tuesday's game marks Maryland's first trip to St. Joseph's University in the program's 92-year history. The Terps and Hawks have met just once before, when Owen Blye totaled three goals and two assists to lead Maryland to an 11-4 victory on March 20, 2011.

3 - Three Terrapins made their first collegiate starts against Navy: freshman Jared Bernhardt, sophomore Curtis Corley and junior Dan Morris. All three had strong games, with Bernhardt totaling two points, Corley collecting two ground balls and Morris posting 12 saves.

5 - Senior Colin Heacock had one of the best games of his career statistically against Navy, posting career-highs in both points (5) and assists (3). Maryland's 1-2 punch was in midseason form as two of Heacock's three assists went to Matt Rambo.

6 - Head coach John Tillman has had immense success since taking over the program six years ago, advancing to five NCAA semifinals and four title games. The Terps also lead the nation during that time period in All-America selections (38) and Major League Lacrosse draft selections (26).

7 - The Terps have won seven straight games against unranked opponents, with head coach John Tillman posting a 37-3 record in the category since taking over the program in 2011.

7 - The Terps had a nation's-best seven players named Inside Lacrosse Preseason All-America: Isaiah Davis-Allen (1st), Tim Muller (2nd), Matt Rambo (2nd), Colin Heacock (HM), Austin Henningsen (HM), Connor Kelly (HM) and Matt Neufeldt (HM).

12 - Senior Dylan Maltz has scored 12 goals over his last four games on just 17 shots (70.6%). He most recently had a team-high four goals on six shots against Navy. Last season Maltz ranked seventh nationally with a .468 shooting percentage.

15 - Maryland's experienced attack unit of Dylan Maltz, Matt Rambo and Colin Heacock (#RunDMC) combined for 15 points against #11 Navy. The senior-laden unit has started 19 consecutive games together.

33 - Philadelphia native Matt Rambo has had immense success playing in his hometown, totaling 33 points on 20 goals and 13 assists in eight collegiate games. This mark includes a pair of six-point performances in the NCAA semifinals and finals at Lincoln Financial Field last season.

40 - Senior Matt Rambo matched his career-high with six points (3G/3A) against Navy. Rambo has tallied an incredible 40 points over his last seven games dating back to 2016 (5.7pts/g). All seven of those opponents were in the Big Ten Tournament or NCAA Tournament last year.
