
Gonzalez, Zusi Help Lead USA to Gold Cup Crown

SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Former Terps Omar Gonzalez and Graham Zusi helped the U.S. National Team to a 2-1 win over Jamaica en route to capturing the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup championship Wednesday night at Levi's Stadium.
Gonzlaez and Zusi both started the match for USA, which captured its sixth Gold Cup title overall.
Jozy Altidore opened the scoring for the U.S. in the 45th minute before Jamaica found the equalizer a mere five minutes later. Jordan Morris netted the late game-winner in the 88th minute for the crown.
