Football to Hold Walk-On Tryouts on February 19

COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Maryland football will be hosting its semi-annual walk-on tryouts on Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 6:30 p.m. inside Cole Field House.
For those interested, please be sure to accurately fill out all of the information contained in the attached tryout packet and bring it to the Gossett Football Team House by 4 p.m. on Friday, February 14 along with a copy of your insurance card, class schedule and unofficial transcript. Forms are to be printed single sided only. Do not double-side print or the paperwork will be returned as incomplete.
Paperwork will be accepted between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. from Monday, February 3 until Friday, February 14. Absolutely NO paperwork will be accepted after 4 p.m. on Friday, February 14.
All participants need to have a physical within the last six months and the lab results from a sickle cell trait test. Incomplete or inaccurately completed paperwork will result in your disqualification from the tryout.
Participants interested in trying out MUST be full time students at the University of Maryland College Park and may not tryout more than two times in their academic career.
