Get to Know: Maddy Sesay

The Maryland women's lacrosse program welcomes seven new players to the fold as part of its 2020 freshman class as the Terps work towards their 2021 season. Over the next several weeks, umterps.com will get to know each of the seven newcomers. This week, we meet Maddy Sesay.

Sesay hails from Fulton, Maryland playing her high school lacrosse at Glenelg Country School. The defender went 41-15 Overall & 28-9 in conference with the Dragons, while also running track.

Why did you choose Maryland?

I choose Maryland because I felt at home with the incredible coaches and the atmosphere is unmatched.

What is a fun fact not many people know about you?

I am obsessed with Harry Potter
