Q: Will teams still hold meetings, practices or end-of-season banquets/activities?

A: There will be no organized team activities through the end of the spring semester, May 20. 

Q: Will Maryland Football still participate in spring practice and host the Spring Game on April 25?

A: With no organized team activities until May 20, spring football, including Pro Day and the Spring Game will not occur this spring. 

Q: If the virus clears, is it possible the NCAA/Big Ten could rescind its statements and start competitions again?

A: The Big Ten announced on March 12 that it will be canceling all conference and non-conference competitions through the end of the academic year, including spring sports that compete beyond the academic year, and participation in all NCAA tournaments and competitions. 

Q: Are all Maryland Terrapins camps and clinics canceled?

A: All camps and clinics scheduled to occur between now and May 20 will be canceled or rescheduled.

TICKET FAQs

Q: I purchased single-game and/or season tickets for baseball/men's lacrosse/women's lacrosse. Will I be refunded?

A: Yes. Single-game ticket purchasers for any Maryland Athletics home event will receive a credit equal to the value of the purchase(s) on their account by March 20. This credit can be applied toward any future Maryland Athletics ticket purchase for the 2020-21 athletic year. Spring sport season-ticket holders will also receive credit for all canceled games. Fans preferring a refund rather than a credit may fill out This Ticket Refund Form.

Q: I requested a refund. How long will the refund take? 

A: Refunds processed will be reflected on the credit card used for the original purchase in approximately 7-10 business days. 

Q. I submitted a ticket request for the NCAA Women's Basketball First and Second Rounds. Will I receive a refund?

A. All orders were canceled and credit cards were not charged.

Q. I purchased a Pride Pass this season. How does this impact me?

A. Please email the Terrapin Ticket Office at TerpTix@umd.edu for more information.

Q: Will non-ticketed competitions (i.e. exhibitions, scrimmages, etc.) still take place?

A: These events are canceled for the remainder of the academic year. 

Q: Will the upcoming Maryland Men's Basketball seat adjustment be impacted?

A: Yes, we are considering postponing the donation deadline, and we will look to adjust the Seat Adjustment accordingly. At this time, we do not have an exact timeframe. We will communicate the extended deadline the week of March 16.

Q: Will the March 31 Maryland Football Season Ticket Renewal Deadline be impacted?

A: Yes, we will be postponing the football season ticket renewal deadline.  We will communicate the extended deadline to non-renewed season ticket holders the week of March 16.
