
Reese Named to The Sun's 25 Women to Watch

BALTIMORE, MD -- Sophomore forward Angel Reese was named to The Baltimore Sun's 25 Women to Watch list this week. Reese, 19, is the youngest woman to be honored on the list.
Reese is a Baltimore native and played for Saint Frances Academy in Baltimore.
In her first season at Maryland, Reese missed 14 games due to a foot injury. Despite her time missed, Reese battled back and averaged 10.0 points and 6.0 rebounds on the year to help the Terrapins to their Big Ten regular season title and Big Ten Tournament titles. Reese was named to the Big Ten All-Freshman Team at the end of the season.
