At long last, the NFL regular season is over. In the longest NFL season ever, the Terps have broken records and led the league in statistical categories. Before we get into the guys Week 18 performance, let's take a look at the impressive things they did during the entirety of the year.
Two of the top wide receivers in the league are Terps.
J.C. Jackson led the NFL with 23 pass breakups.
Now let's go around the league, see how our guys did in Week 18, and set the scene for the playoffs.
Stefon Diggs
The Buffalo Bills needed a win over the New York Jets to secure the AFC East title and a home game in the wild card round, and they got it done. As with most of the Bills success, WR Stefon Diggs was at the front and center of it.
Nine receptions, 81 yards, and this sick touchdown catch.
Stef cashed in.
QB1 had his back.
And was of course pumped, both during and after the game.
Angry. Runs.
Shoutout to Betty White.
Quinton Jefferson
The Las Vegas Raiders played in what was probably the game of the year on Sunday night, defeating the Los Angeles Chargers, 32-29 to clinch a spot in the playoffs.
DL Quinton Jefferson was front and center in all the action, getting QB pressure after QB pressure on Justin Herbert.
Q finished the game with two tackles, 0.5 sacks and a season-high three quarterback hits.
Set up a huge interception.
Wasn't just this week. Q has been a force for a few weeks now.
Quinton started in every game this year and finished the regular season with career-highs in total tackles (47), quarterback hits (16), tackles for loss (5), sacks (4.5), and forced fumbles (2).
DJ Moore
Panthers WR DJ Moore finished out his 2021 season on a high note, catching seven passes for 87 yards.
And had all his old tricks working.
RT.
Moore finished the season sixth in the NFL in targets (163), 11th in receiving yards (1,157), and 12th in receptions (93).
Future is bright.
Antoine Brooks Jr.
Ending this week's Terps in the NFL with a shout to Antoine Brooks Jr., who is lighting up punters on special teams.
