- Friday's matchup with Penn State will be the 46th meeting between the Terps and Nittany Lions. Penn Sate holds a 26-18-1 series advantage and a 9-6 record in University Park. Maryland last played Penn State on Nov. 4, 2021 falling by a slim 3-2 margin in the Big Ten Championship Tournament.
