COLLEGE PARK, MD -Â Â Each week during the 2021-22 season a Maryland student-athlete, who has shown excellence on and off the playing field, will be selected as the Solomon Eye Terp of the Week. This week's Solomon Eye Terp of the Week is junior Diamond Miller of the women's basketball team.

Miller elevated her game for the postseason this past weekend with a pair of 20-point efforts in the Terps Round of 64 and Round of 32 victories. She combined for 47 points, 14 rebounds, six assists, and six steals as the Terps advanced to the Sweet Sixteen. The weekend marked the 55th and 56th times in her career Miller has scored double-figures.
In the opener against Delaware, Miller posted 23 points on 66.7 percent shooting, including 5-for-5 from the free throw line. Against FGCU in the second round, the New Jersey native nearly earned a double-double with 24 points and nine rebounds.Â
Miller and the Terrapins return to action Friday night at 9:30 ET against top-seeded Stanford. The team's second meeting of the seaosn will air on ESPN.Â
