
Seven-Run Third Inning Keys Terps' 7-2 Win At Michigan State

EAST LANSING, MI -- A seven-run third inning catapulted Maryland to a 7-2 win at Michigan State on Friday night. The Terps moved to 27-19 overall and 13-5 in the Big Ten, further solidifying Maryland into the Top 4 of the conference.
Taylor Okada and Taylor Liguori each had a two-run hits in the third to key the Terps' rally. Ruby Butler and Jaeda McFarland each had two hits for the Terps.
Overall, eight different Terps had a hit in the game as Megan Mikami, Mackense Greico, Michaela Jones and Kiley Goff each had a hit.
In the circle, Trinity Schlotterbeck pitched a five-hit complete game, as she didn't allow a walk.
