COLLEGE PARK, MD -- The Terps (9-5, 0-2 B1G) battled back remarkably from a 2-0 deficit, but ultimately came up just short against Indiana (8-6, 1-1), falling in five sets (21-25, 16-25, 26-24, 25-19, 15-17).
The opening set was a thrilling, back-and-forth contest with Indiana ultimately coming out on top. Sam Csire led the Terps with a trio of kills in the frame and Rainelle Jones added two blocks and a kill.
After the Hoosiers grabbed the second frame, the Terps battled hard set in the third set and came out on top, even after being down to their final point at one moment in the game.

Gem Grimshaw poured in four kills in the set and finished the overall match with her best statline as a Terp with seven kills, four digs and two aces. It was also Grimshaw's birthday.
