COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Maryland will host Purdue on Saturday, Oct. 8 and the game will kickoff at Noon and air on Big Ten Network, it was announced today.
Maryland (3-1, 0-1 B1G) is coming off a narrow 34-27 loss at No. 4 Michigan on Saturday. The Terps are averaging 7.37 yards per play, which ranks ninth nationally and only behind Ohio State and Michigan in the Big Ten.
Purdue (2-2, 0-1 B1G) defeated Florida Atlantic, 28-26, in its non-conference finale on Saturday. The Boilermakers travel to No. 21 Minnesota this week.
Maryland is 2-1 all-time against Purdue.
The Terps host Michigan State this Saturday with the Big Ten East match-up set to kickoff at 3:30 p.m. on FS1.
