Maryland comes into the weekend ranked at #49 for the second week in a row in ITA's team rankings.
The Terps are coming off a 4-3 win against Nebraska last week to open their Big Ten schedule and will be heading to Illinois on a five match win streak.
Headlined by senior leadership at the top of the line-up No.1 doubles pair Maria Budin and Minorka Miranda are now 10-2 on the season.
Selma Cadar, winner of last weeks Big Ten Womens Tennis Player of the week is now 6-3 in singles play on the season.
The Terps will be looking to add their first wins as a program against Illinois and Northwestern this weekend.
