Terrapins Win First Game on Croatian Tour

ZAGREB, CROATIA -- The Maryland women's basketball team won its first game of its Croatian tour, 82-34, over the Zagreb All Stars at the Dražen Petrović Basketball Hall in Zagreb Tuesday night.
  Shyanne Sellers led all scorers with 13 points, Bri McDaniel added 11 points and Saylor Poffenbarger grabbed 10 rebounds. All 10 eligible players scored at least five points.

Maryland jumped out to an 18-6 lead at the end of the first quarter. McDaniel and Ava McKennie led the Terrapins with five points each in the frame.

The Terps started the second quarter on a 17-0 run to go up 35-6. After McKennie hit a three-pointer, the Zagreb All Stars called timeout. The Terrapins led 44-13 at the half.
