COLLEGE PARK, MD.-- The University of Maryland women's tennis team will open the 2025 season with two matches at the ITA Kickoff Weekend in Austin, Texas.

Maryland's first match against No. 12 Texas will be played on Friday, Jan. 24. Maryland will then play Baylor or BYU on Saturday, Jan. 25.

The Terrapins are coming off three straight season of 16 or more wins, and were ranked at No. 50 in ITA's end of season rankings for 2024. 

The Terps have the opportunity to qualify for the 2025 ITA Indoor Championships with two wins on the weekend.
