COLLEGE PARK, MD -- Maryland Women's Tennis will send members of the roster to two separate tournaments this week.

The Bill and Sandra Moore Invitational is hosted by The Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, from Friday, Sep. 18, to Sunday, Sep. 20, and the ITA All-American Championships will be hosted at The Cary Tennis Park in Cary, NC, from Saturday, Sep. 19, to Sunday, Sep. 27.

The athletes going to the Bill and Sandra Moore Invitational will be seniors Aida Eissa and Katherine Hung, junior Mila Mulready, and sophomore Lucia Donnelly. Eissa, Donnelly, and Mulready participated in the Furman Fall Classic last weekend, while Hung will make her Fall 2026 debut.

The other members of the Tennis Terps that will be traveling to Cary, NC, for the ITA All-American Championships include freshman Anastasiia Sorska, sophomore Magdalena Baniak, juniors Oliwia Orlinska, Emma Ghirardato, Ema Kovacevic, and senior Diya Challa.

Challa, Baniak, and Sorska will compete in the prequalifying singles starting on the 19th. Juniors Ghirardato, ITA singles No. 96, and Orlinska, ITA singles No. 71, will compete in the singles qualifying event, which begins on Monday the 21st.

Ghirardato and Challa, ITA No. 84, will compete together in the prequalifying doubles event, while Orlinska/Kovacevic, ITA No. 66, will compete in the qualifying event.

This will be the first tournament for Baniak, Orlinska, Ghirardato, Kovacevic, Challa, and Hung for Fall 2026, and the second tournament for Eissa, Sorska, Mulready, and Donnelly.
