COLLEGE PARK, MD -- The University of Maryland women's tennis team defeated Norfolk St. 4-0 on Saturday, bouncing back after losing to Old Dominion in the Terps first match of the day.
Diya Challa and Danielle Hack opened the match with a 6-0 sweep in the No. 2 doubles match. Kallista Liu and Ema Kovacevic followed with a 6-4 win in the No. 1 doubles match, clinching the doubles point for the Terps.
Oliwia Orlinska got Maryland's first singles point, sweeping the No. 4 singles match 6-0, 6-0. Kallista Liu quickly followed with a 6-0, 6-2 win in the No. 1 singles match to push the Terps ahead 3-0.
Danielle Hack took the No. 3 singles match, clinching the 4-0 win for Maryland.
