COLLEGE PARK, MDÂ -Â The Maryland softball team will host Colgate on Tuesday night in a midweek nonconference matchup before heading to Oklahoma City for more Big Ten action.

- Maryland enters the game with a 12-12 overall record and a 2-1 Big Ten record after securing a series win over Rutgers to open conference play. The Terps dropped the first game 5-1 but responded with back-to-back victories, winning 4-1 and 11-7.
