
Terrapins Announce Non-Conference Schedule Updates

COLLEGE PARK, MD -- The Maryland women's basketball team will hold a preseason exhibition and will host Bethune-Cookman in a non-conference matchup in November.
The Terrapins will host Point Park in an exhibition game on Thursday, Oct. 30 at the XFINITY Center. Maryland will welcome Bethune-Cookman to College Park for a matchup on Thursday, Nov. 20.
The full schedule including the Big Ten conference schedule, game times and television will be announced at a later date. Season tickets for the 2025-26 season are now on sale HERE.
The Terrapins will play NC State in their first exhibition matchup on Sunday, Oct. 26 at First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, N.C. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. ET. Tickets for the event will go on sale on Friday, Aug. 22 at 10 a.m. Click HERE for tickets.
The Terps earned a record of 25-8 this past season and tied Ohio State for third in the Big Ten with a record of 13-5 in conference play. The Terps advanced to their fourth Sweet Sixteen in five years and finished the year ranked No. 12 in the final Associated Press poll.
Maryland returns All-Big Ten honorees Bri McDaniel and Kaylene Smikle, as well as starter Saylor Poffenbarger for the 2024-25 season.
Head coach Brenda Frese and her staff signed two transfers in Yarden Garzon (Indiana), Oluchi Okananwa (Duke), as well as freshmen Lea Bartelme, Addi Mack, Rainey Welson, Nicole Fritea and Marya Boiko.
