COLLEGE PARK, MD -- The 12th-ranked Maryland women's basketball team (17-2, 5-2 B1G) will finish its West Coast swing trip with a matchup at No. 3 UCLA (16-1, 6-0) on Sunday, Jan. 18. The Terps and the Bruins will tip off at 4 p.m. ET at Pauley Pavilion.
Sunday's game will be televised on NBC and streamed on
Peacock.

- Maryland is coming off a gritty 62-55 win at USC Thursday in Los Angeles. Addi Mack led Maryland 12 points. Isi Ozzy-Momodu had 10 points with 9 boards and Yarden Garzon added 10 points as well.

The Terrapins are No. 4 in the country and No. 2 in the Big Ten in rebounding margin (+14.2). The Terps are 12th in the country in scoring (85.7 ppg),10th in scoring margin (+29.0) and No. 11 in free throws made per game (17.42). - Head coach Brenda Frese is in her 24th season in College Park. She's led the Terrapins to a record of 624-171 (.785), 14 conference titles, 21 NCAA Tournament bids in 23 postseasons, three Final Fours, seven Elite Eights, 12 Sweet Sixteens and the 2006 NCAA Championship.
- Frese owns a career record of 681-201 (.772) over her 27 years as a head coach.
- Frese was named National Coach of the Year by the AP, The Athletic and ESPN at the end of the 2020-21 season. In October 2021, Frese was the first woman inducted into the Washington DC Metro Basketball Hall of Fame.
