COLLEGE PARK, MD – Single-game tickets for the University of Maryland baseball team's 2026 season are now available as of Thursday, Jan. 22.
The Terrapins will open the 2026 campaign on the road with a three-game series at UNC Wilmington from Feb. 13-15 before returning to College Park to begin their home schedule against Georgetown on Feb. 17. Maryland and Georgetown met three times last season, with the Terps claiming the series opener before the Hoyas took the final two contests.
Maryland's first ticketed home series of the season will take place Feb. 27-March 1 against Wagner. All remaining Big Ten home series during the 2026 season will also be ticketed, including matchups against Purdue, USC, Indiana, Michigan, and Penn State.
The Terrapins return several key contributors from a year ago, highlighted by
Brayden Martin and
Aden Hill, who each made 55 or more starts during the 2025 season. Maryland also welcomes a talented group of transfers ahead of the 2026 campaign, including
Antonio Morales (Wake Forest),
David Mendez (Vanderbilt),
Rylen Stockton (UNC Asheville),
Ryan Costello (LSU),
Jackson Sirois (Virginia), and
Lance Williams (East Carolina).
Head coach
Matt Swope has also assembled one of the nation's top freshman classes, earning a spot on Baseball America's Top 25 Recruiting Classes list. The class is highlighted by Maryland natives
Ty Kaunas, an infielder, and left-handed pitcher
Austin Weiss.
