
Maryland Football Falls To Nebraska In Big Ten Bout

Chris Durr Jr. hauled in a career-high 149 yards against the unbeaten Cornhuskers on Saturday.
Maryland's offense was hot early, scoring 13 points in the first quarter. Washington connected with Durr Jr. for a career-long 65-yard touchdown strike for the Terps' first touchdown of the game. Sean O'Haire drilled three field goals in the opening frame. DeJuan Williams led Maryland's ground attack in his return to the lineup. He rushed for 78 yards and a touchdown as the Terps collected a season-high 395 total yards of offense, the most allowed by Nebraska all season. Maryland is back in action on the road against No. 5 Ohio State next weekend.
