In the doubles round, the Fighting Illini earned the point after winning two of the three doubles matches 6-0 and 6-3.
In singles,
Magdalena Baniak won her match, but it wasn't enough as the Fighting Illini won three of the six singles matches to clinch the victory.
Emma Ghirardato and
Diya Challa's matches went unfinished.
The match was called after the clinch.
The Terps finished the season 16-6 and 8-5 in Big Ten matches.
