
Terrapins Post Multiple All-Time Marks on Day Two of the Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA, PA - – The Maryland track and field team delivered a strong showing on day two of the Penn Relays. On a day with multiple all-time performances in relay events and a second place overall finish.
Rhys Allen finished second overall in the shot put with a throw of 17.60 meters, The redshirt junior hit this mark in his sixth throw of the day.
Sam Ford, Aaron Abedin, Mehdi Guerrah and Roman Spikes at a time of 1:23.44
moved into second all-time in the 4x200 meters.
Joe Garzio, Aaron Abedin, Jack Kinrade and Calvin Kilgallon set a new third all-time mark in the distance medley relay with a time of 9:41.57.
Taylor Riley, Maya Mosley, Annika Metzger and Eva Rogers moved into third all-time in the distance medley relay with a time of 11:25.11.
